In unserem Sales Support betreust Du unsere Geschäftskunden telefonisch und schriftlich. Du nimmst Bestellungen entgegen, bearbeitest Reklamationen oder beantwortest Fragen zu Produkten. Vor allem aber verleihst Du der Marke Relaxound Deine Stimme

**Aufgaben**:
Auftragsannahme / Retouren -und Reklamationsmanagement
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Handelsagenturen und Außendienstmitarbeiter*innen im gesamten Bundesgebiet
Lieferterminüberwachung und Support bei Fragen
Stammdatenpflege im ERP System
Gute Kommunikations
- und Ausdrucksfähigkeiten in Deutsch sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch

Strukturiertes und sehr gewissenhaftes Arbeiten

Gutes Verständnis von Warenwirtschaft, organisatorischen Abläufen und Stammdatenpflege
