As our Content Creator & Editor, you play a pivotal role in propelling our brand towards becoming the clear number one HR software choice for blue-collar SMBs in the German market. Your captivating content will not only drive sales but also build unmatched brand awareness within the next 12 months.
Through strategic storytelling, insightful articles, and targeted SEO strategies, you will resonate with our core audience, ensuring our solutions are front of mind for every SMB in the region.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Ideate, develop, and edit high-quality written and visual content tailored to our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure content aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
- Oversee and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and quality content delivery.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor content performance through analytics tools, iterating based on results to maximize reach and engagement.
- Ensure content reflects and promotes the brand's positioning as the leading HR software solution for blue-collar SMBs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, adjusting content strategy as necessary.
- Work with the design team to incorporate appealing visuals that complement and elevate the written content.
- Consistently engage with the audience, fostering a loyal community around our brand.

- Be familiar with content management systems, preferably WordPress.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every piece of content.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Be proactive, taking the initiative to find opportunities and solutions before problems arise.
- Work well in a collaborative environment, leveraging team strengths for optimal utcomes.
