**Lead Process Excellence (M/F/d)**

**(unlimited, full-time) Choose one of our locations globally, with 80% Mobile Office**

**We are looking for smart and ambitious colleagues who want to lead a team of professionals to skyrock our operations and businesses**
- You will lead a cross-functional team consisting of program/ project manager, process excellence experts and data analysts working closely with the operations and businesses in our local units
- You will drive our process efficiency program across Riverty
- You will jump into managing a portfolio of projects with your team to help our local colleagues in 9 countries
- You team runs a program and project frameworks with a focus on our operational function
- You will work closely with senior leadership of the operational function
- You will further expand the usage of process mining

**Main tasks**
- Build up the Process Excellence team across Riverty
- Lead a cross-functional team consisting of various domains and nationalities
- Drive collaboration, structure and transparency for our efficiency projects
- Run the governance for the efficiency projects with business units and local operations
- Derive structural process improvement potential
- Setup monitoring of efficiency gains (progress and P&L effects)
- You and your team are an integral part in solving obstacles, impediments, priorities and decision within programs and projects
- Work closely with our business units, operations, tech, and product domain teams to guarantee a high-quality delivery and strive for process improvements
- Responsible for the requirement engineering and usage of our process mining tool Celonis
- Enhance the experience for our customers and employees with everything you will be responsible for

**Requirements**:

- Education:

- Academic degree or equivalent (Preferably something within Finance, Mathematics, Business administrations, Tech)
- Certification or experience with Project Management, Lean Management, Six Sigma or Kaizen or similar methodology
- English, additional European languages a plus
- Professional experience:

- Experience from working with in analytical tools (BI tools, Process Mining)
- Experience from working within an international company/environment
- Leadership experience, especially in cross-functional/country environments
- Industry experience in financial services and/or debt collection

- Good understanding and interest in tech and our products
- Analytic capacity, can see solutions from a broad as well as narrow perspective
