This is a fixed term-position of three years (position for academic qualification corresponding to - 72 HessHG i. V. m. - 2 WissZeitVG. The opportunity to do a doctorate is given.
**Tasks**:

- Scientific assistance and collaboration in the above-mentioned project
- Participation in field campaigns as well as experiments under controlled conditions being conducted at other institutes, and thus regular multi-day work travels
- Writing scientific publications

**Requirements**:

- Academic university degree in biology, ecology, forestry, environmental sciences or comparable disziplines completed with very good to good results. The required degree must be available by the recruitment date at the latest
- Willingness to conduct field work
- Good knowledge of data handling and statistics
- At least good knowledge of the English language
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills

**Advantages are**:

- Knowledge in physiological and/or ecological plant research
- Maintains a thorough and independent work style
- A high degree of organisational skills
- Experience in biochemical analyses of plant tissues or field work
- Class B driving license allowing to drive in Germany and willingness to do so
- Proficiency in German
