Als Junior Project Lead Stores (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Steuerung und Koordination unserer Store Projekte - von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Store-Eröffnung oder Umbaumaßnahmen. Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, hast alle Stakeholder im Blick und vertrittst unser Unternehmen professionell am jeweiligen Standort.

Als Junior Project Lead Stores (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Steuerung und Koordination unserer Store Projekte - von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Store-Eröffnung oder speziellen Umbaumaßnahmen. Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, hast alle Stakeholder im Blick und vertrittst unser Unternehmen professionell am jeweiligen Standort.

**Das machst du gerne**
- Du managst unsere Store-Projekte und hast dabei sowohl Timing als auch das Budget im Blick. Hierbei kannst du sowohl an Store-Eröffnungen oder Umbaumaßnahmen denken.
- Du hältst alle Fäden in der Hand: intern wie extern - Stakeholder-Management ist dein Ding.
- Du koordinierst externe Partner und sorgst dafür, dass alle wissen, was zu tun ist.
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für pünktliche Store-Eröffnungen und magst es, auch mal selber vor Ort mit anzupacken.
- Vor Ort koordinierst du z.B. Handwerkerbetriebe alleine und triffst (in Absprache) schnell eigene Entscheidungen.

**Das ist dir auch noch wichtig an einem Job**
- Du kannst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium vorweisen.
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sammeln und hast dabei auch eigenständig Projekte umgesetzt.
- Du interessierst dich für Themen im Bereich Construction & Retail bzw. Einzelhandel.
- Da du viel kommunizieren musst, erwarten wir sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Wir wachsen schnell und eröffnen viele neue Stores in Deutschland. Deshalb wirst du viel reisen (ca. 2 Tage/Woche, aber vor Store-Eröffnungen bist du noch länger vor Ort).
