Stellenbeschreibung: At a Glance: As a B2B D365 (ERP, Microsoft Dynamics) Specialist you will be working with a team of business and IT experts to design and develop the systems and processes that enable us to deliver products to our customers. You will be encouraged to find new and innovative ways to approach challenges through diversity of thought in a passionate and global team. This position is either based in our Berlin or Zurich office. Your Team: On is the most exciting and fastest-growing global sportswear brand, and we are looking for an experienced B2B D365 System Specialist to join our Global Sales Enablement Systems & Processes team. Our team is at the heart of how we do Sales at On: We keep Sales moving with the right operational programs, processes, systems, tools, digital products and data. Your Mission:
Lead automating the regression testing process for the B2B channel
Lead B2B system and integration regression testing during D365 upgrades
Become the first point of contact for regional system specialists regarding knowledge and bugs
Train B2B users and regional system experts on changes to system, new functionality and updated processes
Collaborate with cross-functional system specialists to ensure changes do not disrupt functionality in other areas of the business
Deep dive into system functionality and configuration, ensuring we're using the system to the best of our abilities
Work with IT on prioritizing system bugs and smaller improvements
Your Story:
5+ years of professional experience
3+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in D365 ideally in D2C or B2B commerce
You possess a strong understanding of general business processes
You know how to work with stakeholders from various parts of the business, and are empathetic to the different needs/perspectives
You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously and to adjust quickly to new circumstances
You are a team player that enjoys to help others to solve problems and support them in achieving their goals
You are fluent in English (spoken and written), all other languages a plus
