We are looking for a **Cell Therapy Workflow Development Leader (d/f/m), remote base, **who follows the molecules from pre-clinical to commercialization providing expert workflow knowledge to optimise customer processes across their workflow.
**What you will do**:
- Accountable for expert workflow knowledge to optimise customer processes with Cytiva solutions and expertise
- Achievement of Business Unit Sales Targets via direct sales activity with customers and partnering with Account Managers and core account team
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists, and Field Application Specialists to provide in-depth workflow and technical customer support when appropriate
- Develop and engage new workflow opportunities within assigned territories by actively prospecting, driving and developing specification opportunities
- Through critical insight on Genomic Medicine customer processes, drive and support the team to formulate strategies to develop and implement solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expand business by gaining market share in existing and new accounts
**Who you are**:
- University Degree in Biotechnology, Life sciences or relevant field
- Several years of commercial experience must be from Biotechnology industry
- Sales technique including cross selling, upselling, value positions, workflow selling and funnel management
- Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits
- Fluently German and English language skills
**Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements**:
- Ability to travel 50%
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- QlikSense or Sales Force
