End User Device Management Technician **Skills**: - Proficient in SCCM and Intune - Familiarity with M365 Apps for Enterprise and other Office Products **Experience**: - Working in large IT environments (< 10,000 users) - Providing L2 and L3 Support - Expertise in: - PowerShell scripting for automation - Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) - Incident management and root cause analysis Additional Skills: - Administration and troubleshooting of Windows 10 & Windows 11 - Experience in Security and compliance practices, including Vulnerability Management and Bitlocker Management - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Excellent documentation skills - Fluent in English (written and spoken) for global team communication Desirable Skills (not required but beneficial): - Experience with ServiceNow for Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests - Familiarity with Windows 11 rollout procedures - Knowledge of AutoPilot Technology **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Work Location: In person
