Für die **Leitung (m/w/d) des Parent Seed Departments** übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Organisation und Sicherstellung der Basis
- und Versuchssaatgutproduktion. Diese Position ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit und ist am Standort Einbeck zu besetzen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position leiten Sie ein interdisziplinäres Team und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams in einer Matrixorganisation.
- Organisation und Sicherstellung der Produktion von Basis
- und Versuchssaatgut
- Durchführung von Linienforschung und Erhaltungszüchtung
- Koordination des Anmeldewesens
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Maiszüchter:innen und der Maisproduktion zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Informations
- und Materialflusses
- Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master; PhD) in Agrarwissenschaften, Pflanzenzüchtung oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Saatgutproduktion oder Züchtung, idealerweise im Bereich Mais
- Führungserfahrung in internationalen, interdisziplinären Teams
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Gute Deutschkenntnisse oder die Bereitschaft, Deutsch zu lernen, werden vorausgesetzt. Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil.
- Reisebereitschaft von ca. 50-60 %
