**Diese Aufgaben interessieren Dich**:
- Zusammen mit Deinem Team und in enger Abstimmung mit verantwortlichen Kolleg*innen bis hin zur Geschäftsführung **betreust und berätst** Du alle Gesellschaften der XITASO Unternehmensgruppe** in rechtlicher Hinsicht.**:
- Du wirkst im operativen Geschäft eines agilen Software-Entwicklungs-Dienstleisters mit, indem Du **Rahmenverträge, Angebote, Bestellungen, NDA, AVV, Supportverträge und AGB** prüfst, erstellst und verhandelst.
- Du begleitest aktiv die **Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen** der öffentlichen Hand und der Privatwirtschaft, ebenso die Erstellung von Kooperations
- und Konsortialverträgen für unseren Forschungsbereich Research & Innovation.
- Du prüfst **Anforderungen des Datenschutzes und der Informationssicherheit**, arbeitest Neuerungen in Prozesse und Verträge ein und koordinierst alle relevanten Vorfälle.
- Du bist für **Verträge mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern** sowie für die** Koordination von externen Beratungsunternehmen und Kanzleien** mit verantwortlich.
**Das zeichnet Dich aus**:
- **Als Volljurist*in hast du Deine erste Stelle als Inhouse-Jurist*in erfolgreich absolviert, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt IT.**:
- Du hast Lust zu gestalten und Dich proaktiv einzubringen.
- Du arbeitest als Teamplayer*in **selbstorganisiert und eigenständig**, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und triffst durch Dein strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken die richtigen Entscheidungen.
- Du verstehst Dich als Generalist*in. Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Gebieten **Vertrags-, Software
- und IT-Recht.** Hilfreich sind außerdem Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen **Datenschutz-, Urheber-, Medien-, Marken-, Wirtschafts
- und/oder Gesellschaftsrecht, Informationssicherheit, Compliance und/oder Healthcare.**:
- Du hast idealerweise **Erfahrung mit agilen Projektverträgen** mit Fokus auf digitalen Produkten, Software-Entwicklung und -Beratung.
- In einem hochdynamischen Umfeld gehst Du sorgfältig aber **sehr pragmatisch, schnell, äußerst flexibel und lösungsorientiert** mit der Betreuung, Verhandlung und Vertragsgestaltung aller rechtlichen Belange um.
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse bewegen sich auf **verhandlungssicherem Niveau.
