**We are looking for a skilled and passionate Animator who will support us in building the next generation of hit games on mobile.**

**JustDice is the European market leader in app discovery and rewarded games, running mobile marketing platforms and games in over 170 countries. We create mobile games in Unity that are fun to play and rewarding for our users in every way possible. Our ambition is to develop high-retention games for everyone on the planet. **What you will do**:

- Collaborate with the Art Director, Technical Lead and Games Lead to create animations that fits the visual style of the game
- Prototype animation systems that will be the basis for animation and gameplay-related discussions
- Help building a well-designed pipeline for creating 3D and 2D animations for mobile games in Unity
- Help creating and editing animations for both characters and objects in the game world
- Be a leader of your discipline
- Manage outsourcing vendors

**Who you are**:

- You are expert in creating animations for game character & objects, especially on mobile platforms
- You are expert of rigging and 3D & 2D character animations
- You have outsourcing experience: managing external art vendors is a bonus
- You have pride and responsibility in your work when given the freedom to work independently
- You are modest and respectful when receiving feedback from your team
- You have passion for games, especially mobile games
