Are you the expert in human resources management systems that we are looking for? Join syncreon - A DP World Company as a **HRIS Specialist**.

You will collect data and analyze it to improve the Global HR strategies and processes, and suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the Global HR department.

**About the Role**:
**How you will contribute**
- Provide HRIS support to the Global HR team.
- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions and policy changes.
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing Microsoft Excel and appropriate reporting tools.
- Help maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- Train users on new processes and/or functionality.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Your Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or other related degree is required.
- 2-3 years of HRIS Specialist experience, preferably Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Project management and systems implementation experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and database design.
- Experience in facilitating training/education of employees.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).

**Additional Information**

This is a remote position, however, you should hae your base in the Netherlands or Germany.
