Ihren Praxiseinsatz bei TRUMPF beurteilen Studierende durchschnittlich mit 4,5 von 5 Punkten. Sammeln auch Sie wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen
Ihre Aufgaben- Unterstützung bei der Beantwortung von HR relevanten Fragen der Mitarbeiter, von A - wie Anstellungsverträgen bis Z - wie Zeugnissen- Verantwortung von Teilarbeitspaketen in großen HR-Jahresprozessen, wie z.B. die Prüfung von Altersteilzeitanträgen oder T-ZUG- Mitarbeit bei HR internen Projekten, wie z.B. bei der Migration in eine neue HR-Service Delivery Solution- Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von HR-Prozessabläufen- Einbringungen und Umsetzung von eigenen Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen
Was wir suchen- Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft mit Vertiefung HR, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs- Erste praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich HR wünschenswert- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Gewissenhaftigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
