**_A globally known PERE firm headquartered in London with $13 billion invested across major real estate asset classes is seeking a Financial Controller in Berlin, Germany._**

**The Duties**:

- Provide day-to-day financial support/operations for the Asset Management Team
- Month-end and year-end closing process including preparation of partnership/investor distributions, financial statements, reconciliation, journal entries, management reports and cash flow analysis.
- Manage and process the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Ensure all tenant and property information is set up properly
- Property management fee calculation
- Oversee the annual budget process working with property management and providing accounting assistance to finalise the budgets to present to owners
- Manage and calculate CAM estimates and year-end reconciliations process
- Loan compliance reporting
- Lease agreement review
- Manage new acquisitions on-boarding including preparing opening entries
- Sales tax calculation
- Work with outside service providers
- ** Your Qualifciations**:

- Native German and Fluent English speaking skills
- 5-10 years of controlling or accounting experience
- Knowledge in Asset Management
- Experience in the German Real Estate Market
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Well organised and good communication skills
- Exercise a high degree of initiative, independent judgement, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach

Salary Range: €80,000 - €90,000
