The **Host - Bar** is responsible to provide seamless and personalized guest service and assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the Bar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver customer service standards and hotel’s brand standards, foster loyalty.
- Take food and beverage orders, accurately post in the Micros system and serve in a timeless manner following Rosewood standards and guidelines.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the Bar outlet, including set up and end of day reporting.
- Manage beverage inventory by ensuring all stock is correctly stored, rotated and restocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front of house and heart of house service areas.
- Operate the micros and SevenRooms system effectively

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in a similar role or within luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Proficiency in German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Ability to anticipate and understand guest needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
