**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Du identifizierst als Expert Learning & Capability Development (m/w/d) die Entwicklungs
- und Trainingsbedarfe der internen Mitarbeiter.
- Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unser Pflichttrainings für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte
- Du definierst und pflegst die Trainings
- und Produktkonzepte in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
- Darüber hinaus bist Du für weitere ausgewählte Lernthemen zuständig, wie zum Beispiel der Betreuung unseres „Go Insider Tools“ sowie der Sprachtrainings
- Du kommunizierst die Anforderungen an externe Trainingsprovider in Form eines Grobkonzepts und managst die finale Erarbeitung und Abnahme von Trainingskonzepten gemeinsam mit dem betreuten Fachbereich
- Du kommunizierst und vermarktest das von Dir verwaltete Trainingsportfolio an unsere internen Mitarbeiter
- Du steuerst externe Trainingsprovider und Lieferanten

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkt Personal (Psychologie, Soziologie oder BWL).
- Mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung und ausgeprägtes fachliches Know-how im Bereich Personalentwicklung.
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse von HR Prozessen, wie Learning & Development, Didaktik, Performance Management, Engagement.
- Ausgezeichnete Beratungskompetenz, Konzeptionsstärke und Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte/ Prozesse
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
