**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As an intern working in Partner Conformity teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a trustworthy and fair marketplace for both our customers and brand partners. You’ll be at the intersection of marketplace governance, brand protection, and data analysis, helping to maintain the integrity of our platform.

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in two key areas:

- ** Brand Protection**: You will contribute to our brand protection efforts, helping to safeguard the intellectual property of our brand partners and build their trust in the Zalando platform.
- ** Fair Pricing Framework**: You will support the development and enforcement of our fair pricing policies, helping to ensure that millions of Zalando customers experience fair prices.

You will also gain valuable exposure to the Digital Services Act (DSA) reporting process, building your knowledge of this important regulation and its impact on creating a safer digital space for all users.

**WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE ARE NEEDED**:

- ** Data Analysis & Reporting**:**Be responsible for data collection, monitoring reports, and conducting evaluations related to pricing, partner conformity, and brand protection cases.**:

- ** Complaints Case Management**: Validate and document investigation cases through Zalando’s systems.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Be an active and integrated part of both teams, supported by a mentor. You will participate in regular meetings and collaborate with experts to solve challenging partner and pricing cases.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- You hold a university degree in Business/Administrative studies or a related field.
- You have great analytical skills with a strong emphasis on **attention to detail**, a solution-oriented mindset, and a desire for accuracy.
- Proficiency in **Google Suite / Microsoft Office Suite**, especially Sheets / Excel for data analysis, is essential.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You are a **reliable, open-minded, and highly collaborative** persona, always ready to support your colleagues with various tasks.
- You can efficiently **organize and prioritize** your workload to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- You demonstrate the highest level of integrity and can handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- You are available for a **6-month limited contract**, working **40 hours per week**.
- You are available for a **hybrid working model**, with a presence at our offices in Berlin.
