As a Head of Product Marketing (f/m/d), you will be responsible for guiding and fuelling the product-driven marketing messaging and strategy for our products. You will lead the team of Product Marketing Managers and be responsible for conducting competitive analysis, market research, analyst relations, creation of collaterals to enable our Sales Team and translation of our product roadmap to crisp messaging. You’ll be passionate about building customer champions and leveraging customer stories that showcase their success. As Team Lead, you will be part of the Extended Leadership Team of LeanIX.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Responsible for leading, developing and inspiring a team of product marketing experts
- Build the product marketing plan and go-to-market strategy, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling positioning, launch plan, and promotion to target personas and industries
- Translate value propositions into impactful sales enablement, case studies, sales sheets, videos, whitepapers and more
- Conceptualize and develop strategic feature launch announcements into presentations, videos, press releases, blogs, and websites
- Build a solid understanding of the competitor landscape to position LeanIX as a market leader with a differentiating value-proposition
- Become an influencer through thought leadership exposure and speaking engagements at conferences and events
- Engage the analyst community to establish our point of view
- Spearhead content and programs that foster LeanIX’s thought leadership in the industry, resulting in higher brand awareness
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS industry or similar roles
- Successful track record in managing, coaching & developing talent
- Tech-savvy and enthusiastic for technology with a proven understanding of Enterprise Architecture, SaaS Management or software engineering
- Strong PowerPoint, storytelling and presentation skills
- Skills in collaborating with product management, sales, engineering and customers to come up with great ideas for content
