**About You and this Role**
**Primary Objectives**-
- Create personas, segmentation lists and build target audience based on business needs to strategically contact consumers-
- Ensuring campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy, branding, and marketing and business objectives- Ensuring campaigns are accessible and functional on both desktop and mobile devices-
- Devise, measure A/B and multivariate testing
Data Management-
- Baseline campaign performance against other business units and industry norms- Determine the optimal manner of managing bespoke requests, in conjunction with our advanced analytics team
**Required Qualifications**- Good understanding of acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns- Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to prioritize while under pressure- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)- Team player with organization and people experience, including setting priorities and problem-solving- The ability to clearly explain and demonstrate the value of marketing technologies
