**Cross Solution EPIC-Owner (M/F/x)**

The Epic Owner is a role that requires a combination of technical, managerial, and leadership skills, and is responsible for defining and prioritizing Epics (large-scale initiatives), ensuring that they provide business value, and aligning them with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. He plays a strategic role responsible for leading and managing the cross-solution Epics within our Agile framework. This individual works closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and align Epics with the organization's strategic objectives. They ensure that Epics deliver maximum business value and are completed in a timely manner. The Epic Owner also identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with the Epics. They foster collaboration among diverse teams and promote effective communication to ensure seamless execution.

**What You Will Do**
- You define, refine, and prioritize Epics based on their alignment with the organization's strategic goals and their potential to deliver business value
- You facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including team members, other Epic Owners, Product Owners, and executives
- You ensure that the Epics align with the strategic goals of the organization. This requires a deep understanding of the organization's strategy and the ability to translate this strategy into actionable Epics
- You identify and manage risks associated with the Epics and making decisions under uncertainty and taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks
- You track the progress of the Epics and report on their status to relevant stakeholders
- You handover of the Epics to the respective solution areas in form of capabilities for further refinement and consideration in the delivery process

**What You Will Bring**
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with Agile tools like ADO, Jira, Rally, or VersionOne can be beneficial. These tools are often used to manage Epics and other work items in Agile projects
- Certifications in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or similar, can demonstrate your understanding of Agile principles

**A Plus If You Have**
- Prior experience in a leadership role would be beneficial
- Prior experience in Agriculture Machinery or other comparable industry
