**KAISER+KRAFT**, a strong brand of TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in **Stuttgart** as **EDI Team Lead** to shape the future of work

**Tasks**:

- Verantwortung für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Integration Technologies Teams (EDI & ESB). Dies beinhaltet die Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter, die Festlegung von Zielsetzungen, die Durchführung regelmäßiger Leistungsbeurteilung und die Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur
- Planung und Koordination von Projektzielen, Zeitplänen und Ressourcen für die Umsetzung von Projekten: Planung der Integration von neuen Geschäftspartnern, Implementierung neuer Standards sowie Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
- Regelmäßige und effektive Kommunikation zwischen internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern sowie die Beratung der Fachbereiche bezüglich aller relevanter Prozesse
- Verantwortung über die Verwaltung des Budgets und der Ressourcen des Teams. Dies umfasst die Planung und Kontrolle der Ausgaben, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte und Aktivitäten innerhalb der finanziellen Vorgaben bleiben
- Übernahme der regelmäßigen Dokumentation über den Fortschritt, die Leistung und der Ergebnisse des Teams

**Profile**:

- Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitern mit Hilfe eines unterstützenden, motivierenden und kollegialen Führungsstils
- Starke Teamorientierung, um das Team zu einem gemeinsamen Ziel führen zu können
- Klare und effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich), da die Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie mit internen und externen Partnern erfordert wird
- Erfahrung, Fachwissen und solides technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen EDI / ESB, um die Prozesse zu verstehen, technische Probleme zu lösen oder das Team bei der Lösung zu unterstützen
- Nachweis über gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, um Projekte erfolgreich zu planen, durchzuführen und abzuschließen
- Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
