**About the Role**

As a **Research Medical Doctor**, your role will be vital in helping us bring new digital health products to the market. You will work closely with experts from Sidekick and the Principal Investigator to ensure clinical studies are conducted smoothly and participants meet eligibility criteria.

**Responsibilities**
- Review pre-screening and screening participants to ensure eligibility according to the study protocol
- Oversee randomization, schedule electronic questionnaires, and manage study-related administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with the Sidekick team to drive new digital health products to market
- Maintain regular contact with the Principal Investigator to ensure study progress aligns with protocol
- Ensure high standards of clinical and research integrity throughout the study process

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree with relevant clinical experience
- Experience in clinical trials or research studies is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with a team-first mentality
- Passionate about digital health and Sidekick's mission to improve global health
- Driven, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
