As Director of EU People, you will have the opportunity to help level up our people operations function, implement HR practices, and gain experience across the entire people operations framework. You will serve as the first point of contact for our Business in all EU related people matters. In order to manage the growth of our team, we want to build a foundation of strong and culture-based leadership. You will have the pleasure to level up the HR function, coordinating HR administration tasks, managing the recruiting process, and creating a unique culture and working closely with both founders. **Responsibilities**: - Serve as the HR leader for EU employees and managers to resolve inquiries and issues related to strategy, total rewards and company policies - Help oversee our people operations, which will include but is not limited to: payroll and benefits, maintaining files, creating HR policies, and serving as HR Business Partner to our EU business partners - Oversee the maintenance of accurate and timely employee files, employee movement processes and administration including onboarding, off-boarding, Transfers, New Hire Orientation, IT partnership, immigration/visa sponsorship, HR Compliance, Employee Compliance Training, Worker's Compensation, and Leaves of Absence accurately and ensuring compliance with all current employment law. - Perform HRIS activities to include: transfer, promotions, and manager changes.
