To support our Shiji team in EMEA, we’re looking for a motivated **Project Director **to take full ownership of all our PMS and POS projects, manage key client projects and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

**Job Description**:

- Define the projects scope and objectives and ensure that all projects are deliverable on time within the budget
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions
- Allocate project resources by ensuring their availability and manage the project teams to meet the project schedules and timelines
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and provide high-quality customer service in order to maximize potential revenue
- Monitoring progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality
- Measure and report internal and external performance to analyze the successful completion of short
- and long-term projects

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant educational background and a minimum of 5 year’s work experience on a management level in the international hotel, travel or hospitality IT software and technology space
- Working knowledge of PMS and POS products
- Strong Leadership and business management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in customer change requests and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience in Smartsheet, Saviom, ZoHo, Jira, or equivalent project management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Multi-lingual beneficial
- PMP, Agile or Prince II Certification strongly preferred
- Ability to travel 40% of the time both domestically and internationally
