We are currently looking for a

**Team Lead Electrical Engineering (M/F/d)**
To join our Engineering & Development team.

**What you will do**:

- Manage and lead the electrical design engineering group with focus on time, quality and in budget deliveries
- Create, define and manage budget for the team in terms of resource, product development, test and production related activities
- Technical communication with internal and external hardware and software suppliers, as well as discussions with customers about development and approval issues
- Work and coordinate with other team leads in development to ensure maximum efficiencies in cross functional tasks and a compliant work environment is maintained
- Develop implement and ensure correct processes and infrastructure in place for product engineering tasks in line with EASA 21G operations
- Approval and implementation of electronic assembly groups and systems for digital and analogue circuit technology
- Manage and authorise technical specifications for equipment and software, and verify system architectures, circuit designs and engineering data
- Analyze industry trends and assist in product planning**

**Who you are**:

- Ability to lead a team and to work within strict deadlines
- Relevant university/polytechnic degree (preferably in electrical engineering / electronics, mechatronics, aeronautical / avionics background), or many years of professional experience as a developer of complex analog and digital circuits, as well as various appropriate reference projects entailing approval responsibility
- Comprehensive experience in the design, dimensioning, printed circuit board layout and implementation of complex electronic assembly groups and devices
- Technical expertise to be able to lead and guide the hardware team
- Experience in the development of aviation equipment preferred
- Quick perception, conceptual skills, creativity, and flexibility
- Analytical skills and ability to structure, arrange and plan complex work procedures and issues
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both in oral and written (technical) form
- Willingness to take up national and international assignments
