**Your Job — Your Passion**:

- You develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the Global Services department, aligned with the company's overall goals
- You collaborate with executive leadership to set departmental objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- You oversee software implementation projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery
- You serve as a key point of contact for clients during the implementation process, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- You tailor implementation plans to meet client requirements, expectations, and business objectives, address client concerns, and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- You foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the department and with other company organizations
- You drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability through budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
- You generate regular reports and metrics to evaluate performance and track progress toward KPIs
- You implement and maintain quality assurance processes and best practices for high service delivery

**Your Profile — Your Strengths**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, IT management, project management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred or demonstrable professional experience
- You also have proven experience in a leadership role within the software implementation or professional services domain
- You have strong project management skills and are familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and software and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project)
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in German and English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- You convince with your in-depth knowledge of the software industry, software development processes, and emerging technologies
- You have a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental goals
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and relevant software technologies are a plus
