Sales Working Student

We are a dynamic team of around 20 people working both from our offices in Germany and remotely. Tasks
As the Sales working student at CONROO, you will get an opportunity to grow, learn, and play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our CEO, Felix, and contribute directly to the success of our business.
- Lead Generation: Support with identifying & qualifying potential leads through research, outreach, and cold calling efforts.
- Customer Outreach: Assist with customer outreach to introduce our product, highlight our value proposition, and follow up to nurture relationships and drive sales growth.
- Sales Operations: Assist with inside sales tasks, including preparing presentations, updating HubSpot contacts, and supporting sales team activities.
- Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insight to deliver actionable data that strengthens our sales strategy.

**Requirements**:
**Essential skills and experiences**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, logistics, and sales, or a related field, with above-average academic results
- Native-level proficiency in German is required, with fluent English proficiency to ensure effective communication
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
