For our further growth we are looking for you as a Team Lead (M/F/d) Backend Devlopment for a further development of our software in our headquarter in Munich (hybrid).
- As Teamlead (M/F/d) you will be responsible for the development of a cross-functional team of currently 5 Backend Developers, which is in charge of the entire software lifecycle.
- You are an expert in your field, take architectural decisions and ensure scaling state-of-the-art technologies for further development of our software solution
- You develop and lead your development team to excellence, create a motivating and enjoyable team culture, recognize the development potential of your team members, and respond to the individual needs of their bright minds
- You continue to expand your team, support the People & Culture Team as Hiring Manager in professional interviews and identify modern technologies, working methods, exciting further development measures such as hackathons or trade fair participations as well as other incentives that motivate sustainably
- You work closely with our Product Team to turn challenges into features, and are responsible for integrating additional interfaces with partners and service providers to ensure a smooth workflow

**Profile**:

- You have a university degree or comparable knowledge, speak fluent German and very good English and live in Germany, preferably within the area of Munich
- You are an experienced backend developer, like agile methods and also describe yourself as a competent and empathetic leader
- You have many years of practical experience in PHP and MySQL and ideally in-depth knowledge of Linux
- You manage to solve problems with efficient algorithms and don't need a lot of hardware to do so
- You are solution-oriented, think responsibly and pragmatically at the same time and like to take on challenges
- You have a very high demand on the quality of your work, enjoy leading a cross-functional team and have a good sense of humor
