**Business Unit Controller Consumer Goods (f/m/d)**:
**About the Role**:
For our Business Unit Consumer Goods we are looking for a **Business Unit Controller (f/m/d) **in **full-time **and **unlimited **contract. The position is supposed to be located at our Ismaning site, but Mannheim would also be possible.

In this position you will report to the Controlling Director CG.

**What You Will Do**:

- Provide financial planning and analysis for the Consumer Goods management team
- Coordinate controlling activities with all relevant stakeholders (Sales and Marketing regions, Supply Chains, Categories, Financial Services, etc ), including monthly consolidation of management reporting and execution of budget and quarterly forecasts
- Follow-up the performance of Consumer Goods globally (more than 50 countries) across all our categories (Tissue, Baby Care, Feminine Care, Incontinence, Beauty Care) throughout the full Value Chain
- Consolidate and coordinate controlling activities with all relevant stakeholders (Sales and Marketing regions, Supply Chains, Categories, Financial Services, etc )
- Cover all key financial aspects (Full P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow), taking lead responsibility of selected functional areas or projects
- Further develop existing processes, including implementation of new reporting tools and preparing the transition towards SAP S4

**Who You Are**:

- University degree in relevant discipline (preferably in Finance/Economics)
- Minimum 5-7 years controlling experience in a similar role in a multi-national business environment
- Sound financial understanding and accounting know how
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- High IT proficiency (financial consolidation systems, SAP, MS Office, Power BI) and having a taste for the technical aspects of reporting
- Team player, supporting and challenging others
- Good verbal and written skills, able to communicate and influence on different levels
- Eager to understand local specificities and able to take pragmatic decisions to keep reporting simple while not compromising consistency
- Seeks to perform tasks autonomously and till full completion, have a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English
