Finance & Operations Manage

At Condens, we’re building one of the most popular SaaS tools for UX research, helping companies worldwide better understand their users. Founded in 2019 in Munich, we’ve seen strong growth every year since. To support this momentum, we’re looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to run and scale our operations.
This role is ideal for a business all-rounder who enjoys working across domains. You’ll be responsible for managing our financial processes, supporting legal compliance, and optimizing internal operations. By ensuring everything works seamlessly, you’ll directly contribute to the success of our teams and company.
Tasks
- Handle accounting: complete monthly & yearly closings in collaboration with our tax accountants and ensure compliance with international taxation requirements.
- Run finance operations: manage account receivables, prepare internal reports and provide insights into long-term strategic decisions.
- Support legal tasks: Negotiate contracts with customers, update terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with evolving data privacy regulations in collaboration with our lawyers.
- Optimize internal operations: Introduce new tools, negotiate supplier contracts and refine processes to keep our operations lean.
**Requirements**:
The role is perfect for you if you
- have prior experience in finance/accounting or legal
- are highly organized, detail oriented and able to find solutions to complex tasks independently
- are an analytical mind comfortable working with quantitative data
- take pride in creating smooth processes and supporting colleagues
- communicate fluently in German and English
- are available to work full-time or at least 20 hours per week
