Senior Financial and Business Controller

Responsibilities:
- Lead and prepare economic analysis, delivering insights for key projects at Evotec
- Define metrics/KPIs which align with strategic goals and support effective and efficient analytics
- Analyze and animate the Performance per project and key pillars
- Perform variance analysis vs Action Plan
- Lead and execute forecasting processes and alignment of key stakeholders
- Support Business Development Teams to ensure optimization of resource allocation and consistency with the strategic key pilars
- Perform investment analysis and profit calculation
- Drive consistency and process in investment analysis, ensuring repeatability
- Analyze select processes and propose improvements
- Prepare business plans and present them to the management
Required qualifications:
- Business Administration ideally with focus on controlling ( Bachelor/ Master degree) or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an international environment or matrix organization
- Exposure and efficient communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams as well as between different hierarchies
- Strong analytical background
- Strength to reduce complex topics to the point
- Self driven
- Willingness to work as a business partner for finance
- Very good MS Office know how ( excel, power point)
- Very good skills in English, written and oral
Further ideal qualifications:
- Experience in process harmonization
- Corporate Finance experience
