As a Product Design & Development Lead you will run innovation projects from scoping to launch across all Novozymes OneHealth health categories. This includes both complex New Product Development projects delivering groundbreaking innovation to the market and establishing new categories for Novozymes OneHealth as well as Existing Product Development projects delivering additions to our existing product portfolio that meet our customers’ needs globally. You will define the Target Product Profile, take part in defining the project workstreams and deliverables, and drive critical project decision making. You will be charged with leading our innovation projects according to determined timelines, budgets and quality, as well as ensuring diligent risk management, decision recording and project data maintenance.**Welcome to Novozymes OneHealth**

- Leading innovation projects in a timely manner according to critical project success criteria
- Utilizing your strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills across functions and cultures, to enable organizational readiness and maximize project success
- Driving for clarity and executing to make things move forward, despite uncertainty and constant change
- Taking on hands-on problem solving as well as drive strategic and complex project and product development
- Assuming overall project accountability including ensuring that project deliverables meet our standard and escalating project challenges
- Having a structured approach to delivering well-driven projects and well-documented project documentation, and being talented in identifying proper tools to support
- Identifying ways of working and best practices to drive project management and innovation excellence
- Initiating and assessing innovation ideas that will drive future business growth, e.g. new project ideas and innovation processes as well as consulting on new technology platforms

**To succeed you must hold**:

- A background within biotechnology, health science, food science/engineering, chemistry or medical science, with a flair for business
- 5-10 years of experience in international consumer healthcare industry, with New Product Development Project Management carried through to launch
- Proven track record and/or successful achievements in driving innovation from A to Z and collaboration with pre-clinical/clinical development and product development teams
- Ideally experience with Food Supplements, Medical Food and/or medical devices registered products
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Open to giving and receiving feedback
- Thrive without fixed work processes already in place
- Ability to “hit the ground running” and have fun while doing so
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive with accountability being a key feature

The position can be based in any of our offices located in Denmark (Kgs. Lyngby), Ireland (Cork), Switzerland (Basel) or Germany (Berlin) and requires up to 20 % traveling capacity.**Contact**
