**THE ROLE**:
As a technical product owner at Cobrainer you will be working closely with the engineering team to constantly improve the growth platform, add new exciting features and help to create value for our clients.

**IN THIS ROLE**:

- You will coordinate the technical product improvement activities with our sales organization and your tech team. This includes analyzing the viability and feasibility of new products/features and evaluating their impact on our business.
- You will ensure adherence to our quality standards by creating technical product improvement plans and help in setting up a rigid acceptance testing framework.
- You will translate business needs into technical requirements and own the development process end-2-end including stakeholder management and documentation.
- You will drive innovation within Cobrainer with your creativity and enthusiasm.
- You will focus on several goals and objectives at the same time to advance the organization’s vision, meet its commitments and enhance productivity.
- You will build partnerships and participate in cross-functional development projects.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- At least 2 years experience in creating successful software products.
- Good understanding of agile development and tooling knowledge (Issues, Requirements, Acceptance Criteria...).
- Good knowledge of state-of-the-art software development patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills specifically while translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX patterns and tooling (building mockups and/or wireframes).
- High involvement and interest to own a product from end 2 end (product discovery to go-2-market).
- Ability to identify priorities and act accordingly.
- Hands-on, solution-driven mentality.
- Good team player and experience in working in a separate team.
- Experience in HR is a big plus.
- Experience as a business analyst/consultant especially for HR is a big plus.
