- **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You are an inspiring leader with a proven track record in shaping and scaling up teams in finance & controlling, ideally in SaaS Business
- You have experience in finance operations and systems, as well as in implementing scalable processes (quote to cash, forecasting etc)
- You are a trusted partner to the business who sets data-driven directions in times of ambiguity and change and enjoys influencing cross-functionally
- You are an excellent communicator with fluency in English and solid German skills who delivers concise and impactful communication to the organization and senior leadership
- You are analytical, structured and focused on results with a strong sense of ownership
- You are an energetic, curious & collaborative individual that thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Leadership **- Lead and develop the Tradebyte global finance operations & controlling function in Germany, overseeing all financial matters such as billing, closing and associated reconciliation, reporting and review processes as well as budgeting and forecasting
- **Strategic Financial Planning** - Lead and support strategic projects to scale the business and ensure financial diligence (business casing, financial modeling)
- **Change Management** - Lead key operational projects to advance digitisation in processes and anticipate end to end business requirements on company process changes and its impacts on finance/controlling, setting up required change management programs for the teams
- **KPIs** - Make your success tangible by working against KPIs with your team; closely collaborating with the BI team to regularly review and advance key performance metrics deriving insights, recommending strategic adjustments and driving closure on action steps in partnership with the business
- **Forecasting **- Proactively connect the dots and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to our business to inform forecasting and influence strategy, adhering to legal and compliance requirements
