Aufgabengebiet:

- Neuakquise von potenziellen Neukunden für den Bereich After Sales
- Betreuung und Pflege von Bestandskunden durch Besuche, tel. Kontakte und Mailings
- Erstellen von Angeboten für Ersatzteile und kombinierte Dienstleistungen der Werkstatt
- Pflege der Zahlungsbedingungen und Konditionen gemäß Autorisationsmatrix
- Beratung und Unterstützung des LKW-Verkaufs bei der Beschaffung und Umsetzung von kundenspezifischen Sonderwünschen bei der Fahrzeug-Bestellung
- Planung und Einstellung von Verkaufsaktionen, Kundenveranstaltungen, Mailings und Printwerbung
- Handling der Reklamationen von Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter After Sales Parts
- Übernahme der Aufgaben des TD-Mitarbeiters als Vertretung und bei Urlaub und Krankheit

**Jouw profiel**:
Qualifikation:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik ist vorteilhaft
- Erfahrung in Lagertätigkeiten, Staplerschein ist vorteilhaft
- Erfahrung mit aktiver Kundenbetreuung
- Erfahrung mit strategischen Kundenanalysen und Entwicklungspotentialmodellen
- Kenntnisse über Kfz-Teile sind wünschenswert
- EDV-Kenntnisse
- Interesse an Fort
- und Weiterbildung
- Ihre Stärken sind hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
