Then join us For the implementation of the digital transformation at Mercedes-Benz, we use cloud-based data and analytics platforms like eXtollo (Azure) or the new Hyperion (AWS) platform. In the team Data & AI Lab After-Sales, we are responsible for big data and advanced analytics topics in After-Sales. Core topics of the team are the agile development of products for data-driven business and analytics. For instance, we have developed an agile approach to targeting customers for various service offerings such as service appointments or tire changes using the methodology of product orientation. The offers based on this already reach millions of customers worldwide. And there is much more **These challenges await you**: As a Senior Data Architect, you work in the conception, development and implementation of complex business models and processes in the innovative and agile data environment and thereby drive the transformation into a data-driven company. With your profound expertise, you design the data architecture within a data mesh. You work in an interdisciplinary and international agile team consisting of various business and IT colleagues from Stuttgart, Madrid or Bangalore. You competently and proactively consult our business units and the colleagues in the IT and drive digitalization and data-driven business through an innovative pulse generator for new technologies, analysis methods and tools. This includes technical guidelines, conception and improvements of architectures, and coding. You bring solution architecture and data architecture together. Be a part of our team and shape the digital future of Mercedes-Benz based on your ideas **Qualifikationen**: **What you bring to the table: - You have fun working with data - Your focus is on customer and team orientation and you live product orientation - You have very good knowledge of at least one programming language (optional: Python) and common design patterns - You have experiences with Apache Spark, Databricks and similar tools - You are familiar with the concepts of data products, data lake, delta lake, and data mesh - You know how to let tools like Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Azure SQL DB, Azure DevOps and Github communicate - You aim to question the status quo and show what we could do better or which technology can raise further potential - Agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban are familiar to you - Working with all those different technologies, you do not lose the focus on the requirements of the business and our customers - We work in international teams; your English skills are very good - But most important: You have fun working with new technologies and topics and you love to grow All the technologies named above are used by us today.
