**Talent Management Specialist (M/F/d)**:
**About us**:
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

**This position is a fixed-term contract for the duration of maternity leave**

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Management, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and presentation skills.
- A certification in coaching is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is a plus, but not required.

**Your tasks**:

- Design and implement talent strategies and programs tailored to regional needs, while ensuring alignment with European standards and global guidelines.
- Support and partially lead core talent processes, including:

- Internal Leadership Feedback tool (360-Degree Feedback Survey)
- Performance and potential assessment frameworks
- Talent review cycles
- Leadership development initiatives
- Succession planning and identification of critical roles
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR colleagues across Europe and senior business leaders, offering insights, tools, and guidance to foster a high-performance culture.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate impact and continuously enhance talent practices.
- Collaborate across the HR team to identify synergies and deliver holistic HR solutions.
