We are looking for people with over 5 years of experience in any corporate service area in any country. We will not ask you to promote or pitch your service to clients like other platforms do. We will work with you to put together a service package exclusive to you, and organize the service process so that you can rely on member freelancers and our systems to market the service as ours and pay you for managing the service based on the total sales generated.

**Qualifications**
- Professionals experienced in the company formation process in Germany, including registering various types of entities such as GmbH (Limited Liability Company), AG (Stock Corporation), and other business structures.
Deep knowledge of German business laws, commercial codes, and tax regulations.
Familiarity with German trade registration (Handelsregister), local municipal requirements, and the tax registration process with the German tax office (Finanzamt).
Experience working with both national and international clients, including foreign investors looking to establish businesses in Germany.
Strong understanding of legal documentation required for company formation, such as articles of association, notarized contracts, and shareholder agreements.
Fluency in German (or a high proficiency), as well as strong English communication skills, to interact with clients and German authorities.

**Duties of This Role**
- Guide clients through the entire process of establishing a company in Germany, from initial consultation to registration.
Advise clients on the best legal structure for their business, including considerations for taxation, liability, and capital requirements.
Prepare, review, and submit required documentation for company registration, such as articles of association, shareholder agreements, and identification documents.
Coordinate with notaries to notarize key documents required for registration, particularly for GmbH and AG entities.
Submit the company’s registration to the Handelsregister (German Trade Register) and handle all necessary follow-up actions.
Assist clients in obtaining the German tax identification number (Steuernummer) and register the company with the appropriate tax office (Finanzamt).
Help clients navigate post-registration processes, including registering for VAT (USt-IdNr), obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and complying with German tax reporting requirements.
Stay up-to-date on changes to German corporate law and tax regulations to ensure clients remain compliant.
Provide support with ongoing legal and regulatory requirements post-incorporation, such as annual filings and corporate governance obligations.

**Time Commitment**
This is a contract opportunity to earn additional income. Hours available are based on number of client orders and projects.
