**Meine Aufgaben**
- Umsetzung der wissenschaftlichen Forschung in die Arzneimittelentwicklung bis zur IND-Reife
- Sicherstellung, dass die Arzneimittelentwicklung des ausgewählten Arzneimittelkandidaten den Anforderungen für Zell
- und Gentherapie (ATMP) entspricht
- Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ICH- und EU-GMP, cGMP und GMP für ATMP in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der internen Abteilung für regulatorische Angelegenheiten
- Konzentration auf die Prozessentwicklung und die analytische Prüfstrategie für die Überführung in die klinische Produktion (Technologietransfer)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung interner Leitlinien, Schulungen und SOPs in Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätssicherung für die späte Entwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit der internen QA-Abteilung
- Enge Interaktion mit Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsteams an verschiedenen internationalen Standorten, mit leitenden Wissenschaftlern und dem Projektmanagement, der Qualitätsabteilung und der Abteilung für regulatorische Angelegenheiten sowie mit der internen CMC-Schnittstelle
- Leitung der Interaktion mit externen Partnern bei Bedarf zur Durchführung des Entwicklungsplans
- Unterstützung des Senior Managements

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Profunde Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Entwicklung von Biologika idealerweise mit Einblick in die GMP-Herstellung von aseptischen Produkten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Arzneimittelentwicklung für Biologika in der späten Entwicklungsphase und in der klinischen Phase, vorzugsweise ATMP
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Normen und Richtlinien nach ICH- und EU-Richtlinien sowie FDA-Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
