In your role as a **Head of Pricing (M/F/d),** you will shape and execute on our global pricing strategy. You will be leading a cross-functional team (Commercial & Data) that is responsible for the pricing of our assortment and service fees.

**Job Description**:

- Evolving, implementing, and executing on Flink’s pricing strategy
- Conducting and interpreting pricing analyses and experiments on a regular basis using internal and external Data which is provided to you
- Scaling and managing the cross-function pricing team (Commercial and Data)
- Managing stakeholders across all levels and countries as well as direct P&L impact on the business

**Qualifications**:

- Career background in consulting, banking or pricing
- Highly analytical way of thinking
- Used to large amounts of data, able to structure, understand and analyse data to drive business decisions
- General business expertise, ability to bring together quantitative data and retail industry
- Able to think above and beyond the traditional metrics
