**Duties**:

- Provides guidance to questions regarding changes/updates of assigned programs. Maintains office-filing system, assists with funds control, data entry and credit card processing at various events.
- Performs functions as cashier fills in for slot/amusement machine drops and assists in the collection of dishonored checks as required. Stays current with changes to regulations, policies and programs.

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have experience closely related to: Customer Service, Payments, Special Events, office-filing system, assisting with funds control, data entry, credit card processing at various events and staying current with changes to regulations, policies and programs.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.

**PCS Costs**
- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials**
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

**Foreign Overseas Allowances**
- Allowances, differentials, or incentives will not be paid. These allowances may include Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), or Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA).
