Join us on this mission as a **Team Lead, People (f/m/d)**
**Your mission in a nutshell**: you are a lead, coach and mentor for our team, integrating different functions and improving further on talent growth. You audit the way we do things and create a roadmap for further improvements and growth.
**The People team**:we are a team of 4 people on the recruitment and people operations side who constantly strive to improve Humanoo and also themselves. Our motto is: we innovate through co-creation with courage, humor and care. If it resonates with you - we would be glad to have a chat.
**HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME**:
- **You lead, mentor and grow **our People team, ensuring every team member has a clear personal growth plan
- **You identify and set People team priorities and OKRs** in alignment with the management team and Co-CEO, to whom you will report directly
- **You refine and improve** the processes, structures and vision of the People team
- **You are a strategic advisor and implementer** of the initiatives connected to employee's growth and experience at Humanoo, in alignment with the leadership of the company
- **People Experience and People Engagement **are topics you are super passionate about, and you constantly work on improving and re-inventing our initiatives and internal cycles, especially in terms of performance, feedback, people growth and employee satisfaction
- **You are a trusted ally for our employees** throughout their whole Humanoo journey, you support them with their requests, ensure positive employee experience, plan and, organize company events
**KINDS OF THINGS WE’RE MOSTLY INTERESTED IN YOU HAVING**:
- Your background is in Talent Acquisition, Business Partner, People Operations or similar roles
- You bring in experience being a people lead and mentor in previous roles
- You know your way around developing and implementing HR processes and are passionate about building and promoting a great company culture
- You have great knowledge of German employment law and payroll
- You have strong communication skills in English and German
