**Für unseren Kunden, einen führenden Anbieter innovativer Endoskopie-Lösungen für die präzise Diagnose und Behandlung in der Medizin suchen wir zum 01.10.2024 einen **_**Financial Controlle**_**r (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
- Budgetplanung und -überwachung sowie Forecast-Erstellung
- Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanzkennzahlen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung für das Management
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des internen Reportings
- Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüfern
- Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB, IFRS und Steuerrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
