**Wie werde ich Shift Lead im Store Essen bei Coolblue?**

- Problemlöser. Egal mit welcher Herausforderung ein Kunde zu dir kommt, du behältst die Ruhe und findest eine Lösung die den Kunden begeistert.
- Dienstleister. Einen guten Service anzubieten ist für dich nicht nur wichtig, sondern selbstverständlich.
- Aushängeschild. Du bist das Gesicht von Coolblue und du zeigst jedem wieviel Spaß es macht für Coolblue zu arbeiten.

- Du stellst sicher, dass die Mitarbeiter wissen, was von ihnen erwartet wird, indem du z. B. den Tag mit der Kommunikation der Planung und der Vereinbarungen für den Tag beginnst oder den Tag mit der Auswertung der Ergebnisse abschließt.
- Du ermittelst Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und unterbreitest dem Store Management Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Store Performance.
- Du wirkst im Store mit und bist mit deiner Erfahrung und deinem Fachwissen ein Vorbild für das Team bei der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Tätigkeiten nach dem Profil Senior Beratungs
- und Servicemitarbeiter.

- Als Shift Lead bist du während deiner Schicht für die operative Leitung der Fläche verantwortlich.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass die Storemitarbeiter optimal eingesetzt werden, und du begeisterst und coachst du, um ein Maximum zu erreichen.
