Wir suchen DICH als SALES Assistant (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (15/20/25 Std./Woche) für unseren ZARA Store in Kempten

Aufgaben

DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERYDAY - Deine neuen Aufgaben

**Das Wichtigste vorab**: Als Mitarbeiter\*in im Verkauf in unserem Store sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Kund\*innen sich bei uns wohlfühlen
- Du bietest Deine Unterstützung an und hilfst ihnen dabei, das perfekte Outfit zu finden - ob in der Anprobe oder auf der Verkaufsfläche: Zugleich bist du Stylist\*in, Berater\*in und Servicemitarbeiter\*in.
- Außerdem achtest Du darauf, dass unsere Ware auf der Fläche ordentlich präsentiert, aufgeräumt und aufgefüllt wird. Nur mithilfe Deines Einsatzes und Deines Verkaufstalents erreichen wir unsere Umsatzziele
- Auch hinter den Kulissen im Lager sicherst Du den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Prozesse im Store. Unsere Technologien helfen Dir dabei, flink und effizient zu agieren
- An der Kasse sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Kund\*innen im letzten Schritt ihres Besuchs einen großartigen Customer Service erleben. Durch Dein Engagement freuen sie sich auf das nächste Shopping Erlebnis bei uns

Qualifikation

- Du bist ein\*e Teamplayer\*in durch und durch - Zuverlässigkeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich und Du bist bereit, Dein Team flexibel zu unterstützen - auch freitags und samstags
- Als Kommunikationstalent kannst Du Dich im Deutschen gut ausdrücken, sowohl Kund\*innen als auch Deinem Team gegenüber
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel? Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Du liebst die Welt der Mode und Trends und bist auch mal Stilberater\*in von Freund\*innen und Familie
- Customer Service bedeutet für Dich Hilfsbereitschaft, eine positive Attitude und ein offenes Auftreten
