Are you passionate about visual merchandising and eager to make an impact within the retail industry? We are seeking a talented
**VM Retail Specialist** to join our team and ensure the implementation of brand standards in all our retail stores across the EMEA region.
As the
**VM Retail Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in adapting global VM guidelines to meet the specific needs of our regional Fossil retail stores. This is a fantastic opportunity to work cross-functionally with various departments and contribute to the success of our VM projects from start to finish.
This job can be performed from any country where we have own retail stores. Preferably you should be located near to one of our offices in Grabenstätt, Berlin, Milan, Milton Keynes, Amsterdam or Saverne.

**Your impact**:

- Provide visual merchandising support to all retail stores in Europe, encompassing various store concepts such as Fossil Full Price & Outlet, Watch Station Outlet, Skagen Outlet
- Create and adapt global visual merchandising guidelines to align with the specific requirements of the EMEA region
- Collaborate closely with regional brand, retail field, marketing, planning, and construction teams
- Maintain and update training materials for all concepts, ensuring they are readily available
- Conduct VM training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote outstanding communication and foster a strong understanding of VM principles
- Ensure that new store locations adhere to company standards during installation
- Manage POS fixtures and marketing assets for all retail stores
- Assist in creating visual concepts and executing showrooms for fairs and regional meetings
- Effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, international environment

**Who you are**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a visual merchandiser or in a similar role within the fashion accessories channel, either in wholesale or retail management
- Good understanding of commercial practices, a keen sense of product, and an affinity for lifestyle brands
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
- Ability to train and motivate others, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results
- Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Suite, and Photoshop is required for creating VM guidance
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively
- Capacity to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, international environment
