**Your responsibilities**:
**Hamburg Site Security Management**

Security system and documentation
- Supports the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the maintenance of procedures and documentations.
- Supports the implementation of the security requirements related to certifications or other customer requirements.

Controls and Reports
- Is responsible for creating reports for certifications, with help of local team and certification managers.
- Is responsible for visiting, monitoring and controlling various areas according to the applicable requirements.
- Is in charge of incident and risk management
- Checks and monitors the impact of site changes on security (site change management)

Alignment and Coordination
- Interfaces with other organizations (IT, Cyber-security, HR, Operations, etc.) to coordinate audit preparation and daily business requirements.
- Participates to the various security related reviews with different teams and stakeholders.

**Certification Team support**
- Supports the team in collecting and archiving all NXP site certificates
- Joins the team meetings and share the status of projects
- Helps the Security Certification Managers to organize security audits in Germany
- Helps the Site Certification team to maintain the project pipeline and plan the certification activities

**Your Profile**:

- Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Have a driving and result oriented personality
- Have good communication and networking skills
- Be engaged, self-motivated with an adaptive way of working
- Organizational and planing skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
- Knowledge of physical security practices and principles would be a plus for this position
