**How you drive the energy transition forward**:

- You are responsible for the preparation, implementation and smooth running of payroll accounting for our employees
- You check the hours submitted by our assembly employees for accuracy
- You are the contact person for all questions relating to payroll accounting
- You are responsible for carrying out the notification, reporting and certification system
- You check the bonus list and ensure that everyone receives an appropriate bonus
- You create a list / reporting with personnel changes within the company with the help of Personio

**What you already have**:

- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or specialised studies as well as sound professional experience in payroll accounting and have at least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting; preferably in a fast-growing company;
- Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
- You have a sound knowledge of Datev and have ideally worked with Personio before
- Analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers are among your strengths
- You are characterised by a friendly manner and a strong service orientation
- Very good German and English skills
