Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Sales Assistant (m/w/d)** in Vollzeit für unseren Firmensitz in Gröbenzell bei München. Sie unterstützen das Vertriebsteam bei administrativen Aufgaben rund um den Verkauf unserer Hardware-Lösungen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams
- Schriftliche und telefonische Bearbeitung unserer Kundenkorrespondenz
- Erfassen und Bearbeiten von Daten im ERP System (Navision) und CRM
- Angebote erstellen und nachverfolgen
- Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung
- Durchführen von Akquise-Maßnahmen
- Koordination, Organisation sowie Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung von Kundenterminen
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für telefonische und schriftliche Kundenanfragen
- Aufbereiten von Reportings mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Affinität für erklärungsbedürftige technische Produkte
- Erste kaufmännische Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft für Messe
- und Kundenbesuche
- Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
