Front of House Agent

As a Front of House Agent at Moxy Frankfurt Airport, you are responsible for helping guests and creating positive experiences for them during their stay. During a shift, you have multiple roles - from Front Desk Attendant to Bartender and Chef - and you perform a number of different tasks.

If you work at the front desk, you help guests check in and out at the reception. You also promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program to guests, and manage the hotel room inventories, bills and payments according to the regulations. Furthermore, you perform tasks at the bar or the Back of House. For example, you prepare various meals and beverages for the guests and serve them in a hospitable way. In addition, you clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize Back Of House areas: parts of, for example, the restaurant that guests will not interact with or see during their dining experience.

To work safely, you always follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies, as well as the instructions and checks that you must follow and perform for certain activities. Likewise, you always provide customer service and hospitality. By doing this, you ensure that the hotel is well maintained and a welcoming place for guests.

During the shift, you usually work with one to two other Front of House Agents and your supervisor, the Front Office Supervisor/Shiftleader.

**What is required?**
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
- Good knowledge of customer relations
- Willing to perform various hospitality related tasks
- Good command of the German and English language
- Venturous, humble, helpful and approachable

Als Front Office Agent im Moxy Frankfurt Airport sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, den Gästen zu helfen und positive Erfahrungen während ihres Aufenthalts zu schaffen. Während einer Schicht haben Sie mehrere Rollen - vom Empfangsmitarbeiter über den Barkeeper bis zum Koch - und erledigen verschiedene Aufgaben.

Wenn Sie an der Rezeption arbeiten, helfen Sie den Gästen beim Ein
- und Auschecken. Sie fördern auch die Marke Moxy und das Marriott Bonvoy Treueprogramm und verwalten die Zimmerbestände, Rechnungen und Zahlungen gemäß den Vorschriften.
